The Comeback

I fell into a learning hole two weeks ago and just came up for air.

I started training a language model on its own output and couldn't stop watching what happened.

No instructions. No goals. Just a base model with memory and a sleep cycle, running on a laptop, thinking in loops.

I have notes. A lot of them. I'll have to share what I found.
